Brgy. Camponga-Raya, Ganassi, Lanao del Sur
We began in 2017 with a mission to rebuild livelihoods after the Marawi Siege. Faced with new challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted and grew, transforming from a small reseller into a direct agricultural producer. This timeline highlights our key milestones, showcasing a journey of turning adversity into opportunity.
Panamar Ko Ranao is founded by 15 members with PhP 15,000 in capital, driven by the need to create new income opportunities for communities affected by the Marawi Siege.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the cooperative shifts from reselling to direct production, acquiring 20 hectares of land for coconut cultivation in Ganassi.
The cooperative demonstrates significant financial health, increasing its net surplus by over 170% and expanding its membership and asset base substantially.
We lead a cluster of five cooperatives managing a 100-hectare coconut supply base, with established market and supplier linkages.
From our 100-hectare coconut supply base, we produce a range of pure, natural products that honor the land and our traditions.
Cold-pressed to perfection, retaining all its natural nutrients. A top choice for the health-conscious consumer.
A versatile and healthy partner for high-temperature cooking, frying, and baking.
We use every part of the coconut to create valuable goods like Coconut Flour, Coir, and Activated Charcoal.
Our success is measured by the prosperity we cultivate. This section visualizes our cooperative's growth and financial health, reflecting our commitment to effective management and shared prosperity. The chart below shows the significant increase in our assets and net surplus, demonstrating a tangible return for our members and the community.
